Founder, Francis Stone Atelier

A fifth-generation Texan, Beau Davis brings more than 32 years of experience in architectural materials to Francis Stone Atelier, along with a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, architecture, and enduring design.

Beau studied architecture at Texas Tech University, an experience that shaped the way he approaches architectural materials—not simply as products, but as elements that give a home character, permanence, and a sense of place. Over the course of his career, he has developed an extensive understanding of natural stone and architectural elements while building lasting relationships with designers, architects, builders, and homeowners.

At the heart of Beau’s work is a simple philosophy: treat people well and do business with integrity. He believes the experience of working with Francis Stone Atelier should be as thoughtful and personal as the materials themselves, whether he is helping source the right limestone, working through the details of a custom piece, or helping bring an architectural vision to life.

Outside the Atelier, Beau is rarely sitting still. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding—and inevitably repairing—his tractor, supporting Texas Tech and Red Raider athletics, and mentoring a group of 50 eleventh-grade young men through his church.

Above all, Beau’s greatest passion is his family. His wife and three daughters remain the center of his life and the people behind everything he does.

Through Francis Stone Atelier, Beau brings together decades of experience, an architectural eye, a respect for old-world craftsmanship, and the kind of personal service that comes from genuinely caring about the people behind every project.
